Grace's career in customer service began at the age of 17. Over the past seven years, she has honed her skills in various roles, including a notable position at Apple, where she became a team trainer. She also spent six months working with a Therapy Dog Training company, helping to develop their customer service processes. Her extensive experience in customer relations and training has equipped her with the skills necessary to excel.
In her personal life, Grace enjoys gaming, watching her favourite shows, and spending time with her fiancé. She is an incredibly organised person, often planning well in advance, which sometimes drives her fiancé crazy. Her favourite shows include The Office US, Big Bang Theory, and Attack on Titan. She is also a huge fan of Harry Potter and Star Wars. Grace loves writing and has completed two unpublished novels. She values self-care and is a strong advocate for mental health among young adults.
Here's an intriguing tidbit about Grace: She has over 20 tattoos, each representing something deeply important to her. Additionally, her mother went to school with Ewan McGregor (AKA Obi-Wan Kenobi), who is from the same small town in Scotland where Grace grew up.
